This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

How do I track my order?

Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message containing the tracking link of the courier partner. You may also contact the courier service directly using the details provided in the message for additional delivery updates.

Do I have to pay delivery charges?

Yes, delivery charges are applicable and will be shown at checkout.

Where do we deliver?

Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. delivers to most locations across India.

How will the delivery be done?

All orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners and logistics companies. In some cases, India Post may be used for remote or special locations.

If I am not available to receive my parcel?

Our courier partner will make up to 3 re-delivery attempts. They may also try contacting you via call or SMS. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to us.

If the product is returned because you were unavailable, you are eligible for a refund after deduction of return shipping charges.

Delivery Guidelines

• A signed Goods Receipt (GR) is required upon successful delivery.
• Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• We are not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.
• Any damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a mandatory unboxing video as proof.
• If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, report it within 24 hours.
• Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive at different times.
• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on location and courier availability.
• Unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, strikes, logistics issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery of Heavy or Bulky Items

• Heavy or large appliances will be delivered up to the doorstep.
• Delivery to upper floors is possible only if a functioning lift is available and the product fits.
• If stairs are used, delivery up to the 2nd floor is possible if the staircase can accommodate the product size.
• If the lift is unavailable or the product cannot be carried through stairs, the customer must collect the product from the ground floor.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Prices shown on the website include GST but do not include delivery charges. Prices may differ from offline stores or other online platforms.
